It says tech guidelines, but it's really a map gallery. Images from ESRI are not yet available, but will be made available upon licensing.
May 5, 2019: Fixed pdf map, although the legend issue will have to wait (it's due to some oddly complicated programming issues). Will fix other PDF uploads ASAP if necessary for Mississippi purposes, otherwise, will wait to fix them when doing general mapping.
May 7, 2019: Updated name to better reflect content. Fixed legend in R graph.
May 8: Added information on pricing.
