Thank you! Texas has a comment regarding the clinical criteria. According to the table on the CDC website (selected S/S), 94% and 92% of TBRF patients experience headache & myalgia, respectively. As currently worded, we may exclude true cases based upon the absence of headache and/or myalgia. We recommend something like…..Acute onset of fever, with one or more episodes of fever (subjective or measured), and two or more of the following: headache, myalgia, nausea/vomiting, or arthalgia.

Hi All, I checked our records for the timeline on counties with reported cases - if we go back 10 years, I lose 7 counties with small populations where we've historically seen cases and where I wouldn't be surprised to see more. I have to go back 25 years to capture all counties where I might expect to see cases. Going back 16 years loses only 3 small population counties, 19 years loses 2. So I would prefer to say something in the range of 15-25 years if we name a timeline for counties.
