Below are final details for the CIFOR Council Meeting March 14-15, 2018 in New Orleans, LA. 

 

Hotel: Embassy Suites Hotel New Orleans Convention Center: 315 Julia Street, New Orleans, LA 70130

 

Agenda: See attached for the meeting agenda (hard copies will be provided).  The first day (March 14) is dedicated to review of the chapter outlines for the 3ed of the CIFOR Guidelines.  On the second day (March 15) development teams will be meeting from 8am until 12pm then updates from each development team.  The day will conclude with the business meeting lasting until 3:30pm.  Complimentary breakfast, AM and PM breaks will be provided for both days.  Lunch will be on your own.

 

Special Note:  CSTE, with help from the Promote Development Team, will be hiring a videographer to capture footage during this meeting to develop short informational videos about CIFOR and its products. Unless you have been contacted to be interviewed, there is nothing you need to do differently.  We will make sure that the crew do not interfere with the meeting proceedings but wanted to make you aware that filming will occur at various times throughout the two days.
